All the Leaves are Brown...

This fun was all before the rains began and created a soggy leaf mess, waiting for me to rake it to the curb... (it's still waiting, by the way)

Babes in Florida!

Please notice the beautiful sunny weather and summer clothing in these pictures! Nanette and I recently returned from Florida where we spent a week at my sister Angie's house. I had some frequent flier miles burning a hole in my account and did the unthinkable - I bought a plane ticket. Just one, only one. And Nanette was little enough to ride on my lap. We had a great, great time. Angie (and her trusty sidekick Steve) were the consummate hosts and tour guides. The nice this about this trip was - no theme parks, rides, or trips to Chuck-E-Cheese! Just a lot of girl stuff for me and my sis, and Nanette tagged along. She had a great time and loved the one-on-one attention. My dad, who lives in a different part of Florida, drove over for a weekend and enjoyed cuddling Nanette, not having seen her since last spring. There are lots more photos to post, but I'll have to stop somewhere. Maybe I'll post more in a few days. Thanks again Angie for a WONDERFUL time!
